Yukiyo Fujii worked as a stage lighting technician prior to becoming a seiyuu. She also previously participated in the 2008 Miss International Japan pageant.
Fujii was initially affiliated with the AOI Corporation talent agency appearing in a number of liveaction dramas before beginning voice work. She joined Aoni Production in April 2011.
