One of the truly hilarious characters in the series he is Toshios demanding Section Chief who oversees the Detectives Division of the Inunaki Precinct. Nothing really is known about him even his full name is never disclosed. He is constantly at odds with Toshio over his handling of the Cats Eye investigation and scolds Toshio at every opportunity.
