Grey was the top enforcer in Chicagoland for the drugpeddling Syndicate. He was so violent and coldblooded that even Syndicate bosses feared him. When Gray tried to force Ken Taki back into a life of crime he came into direct conflict with Rally Vincenta conflict that left him maimed. He later had his right hand replaced with a vicious springloaded machete blade and set about directing the Syndicate039s Chiago resources to destroy Vincent and her friends.
