Walski039s aide who also does field work for the Academy. At first he is sent to work with Amagi to help activate Saki who in turn is sent to destroy Kurumi but after Saki fails he attempts to take Kurumi himself. However when he attempts to attack Kurumi he misses and hits Ayanakouji who he thereafter captures and takes to the Academy.
