Story: 8/10 It is basically the everyday life of Ryuichi and Kotarou. I put an 8 because its nothing too special but it has hidden messages which I really enjoy. Gakuen Babysitters shows you how one can become responsible and patient through their hardships. Hats off to Ryuchii for stepping up and taking care of Kotaro instead of falling to depression like many people would do. Kotaro is being raised well and you can see that through his personality in the manga. Also you can see how people change eg Inomata to a softer version of themselves and the importance of having good family and friends. To sum up: the story is straightforward and relaxing to read and anime to watch. Art: 10/10 Who would put anything less than 10 to these chubby cute little kids? The writer really did a wonderful job making this manga one of the cutest things around. Amazinglymade even though the color is absent. The expression of the kids as well as the other characters are perfectly matching their personalities. That being said about the manga the anime gives you the color you will need. Characters: 8/10 I put an 8 on the characters because of the story. They are basic but they can be pretty expressive and may surprise you sometimes. Alsotheres also some uncomfortable moments in this show that ventures into controversial territory deathstare towards Tomoya Yagi. The cuteness of these kids are what make the characters worth the 8/10 rate. Other comments Regarding the anime everything is basically the same as above. You can give it a shot but Id advise you to read the manga first because many good chapters are missing. The music was good but nothing special 7/10. It matches the innocence of the series and the everyday life of the characters. Overall Cuteness at its finest If you love children and want to read a relaxing manga that doesnt require you to think much this is a good one. The story is slow and it includes a lot of shoujo and sliceoflife. Even if its slow you will enjoy it.
